It takes years of experience to become a wine maker or oenologist, you can’t fake it. They gain their experience through learning from past mistakes, wrong choices, and they always try to analitically interpret what the nature is trying to tell them.

In obtaining good results in viticulture, long time spans are unavoidable: even the ratio with temporal space is different, far removed from the industrial need for immediacy. In the vineyard, the most valued asseti is patience. The viticulturist must always have a humble attitude and never overstimate his capacities since each vintage produces different fruit that must be vinified in a particular manner but always with the maximum attention.
