Its vineyard replanting programme has concluded with utilising the winery’s historical Sangiovese clones, five of which are in the process of being officially certified as containing DNA uniquely belonging to the estate.
In addition, 36 vineyard parcels have been identified with identical internal characteristics, crucial for scheduling the harvest.
